Job opportunities

To achieve what we are good at, we need you

The skills we are looking for range from Shipbrokering to Ship Operations, Finance, Engineering, Administration, Intelligence & Digitalisation. We consistently have open positions for our commercial desks. We hire shipbrokers as well as engineers on an opportunistic basis, be it in Rotterdam, London, Geneva or Lagos. In other cases, we recruit based on a defined need.

Bring your expertise and know-how, develop your leadership skills and enhance your career within a close-knit team. You will be able to strengthen your sense of responsibility and demonstrate your talents. Should you be interested in coming as a team and actively contribute to the expansion of the company, we will consider your team project with you to ensure that it fits in with the bigger picture.

But not only are we looking for experienced people. Have you just graduated from university, or have you preferred to do an apprenticeship and you want to join the fascinating world of the maritime industry? Don’t hesitate and make the big move towards your first job. We have a limited number of opportunities available for young professionals each year. If you are dynamic and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team, then you should join us.

At Riverlake you will find a tremendous opportunity to be part of a group where mobility is supported. We will help you to choose a business area. Our three business lines make it possible to consider changing sectors within the group at a later stage.

We are also open to new ideas. One can imagine that we are interested in working together but you live in a country where we are not present, and you can’t or don’t want to move? We do not hesitate to conclude partnerships in a win-win spirit, nor do we hesitate to open a new structure if it fits well based on a meticulous and realistic business plan, within the company model.

In other words, what about opening an office with an entrepreneurial spirit together? Interested?

That’s Riverlake. Start your journey with us and be part of this exciting and captivating world.
